Dear Mr. Robo
I am writing to you because I have tried to reach out to FPL the last couple of days concerning a major safety issue by work done by your employees.
Last week my neighbors electrical system went down and there was an electrical cable wire which was placed in front of my house. It is in a very dangerous location and have had people trip and get hurt. Also, I have been smelling smoke when my car drives over it when I enter my garage.
When I shared my concern with your FPL supervisors they told me they would only be able to solve the issue ion June 28th.
This is ridiculous and since it is a major safety issue I do not know why it can not be taking care sooner.
I am hoping you can resolve this serious safety issue .
If Inot I will need to take it to the local media for assistance.
