Yes- My name is Jo Rossi- Sellers; I kept my Rossi name after I got married and hyphenated my last name with my married name Sellers. Your telephone operators should be educated in the fact that one or both names are legal and appropriate. Just because the credit bureau doesnt have the name Sellers on file doent mean that I dont still exist as Jo Rossi-Sellers. I AM Jo Rossi !! and I AM Jo Sellers. Hence, the HYPHEN!!! My social security number is the same, my passport is the same, my military records are the same.
It is ridiculous and ludicrous that I have to pay an almost $500 deposit for FPL just because the credit bureau doesnt have my name correctly in their system. It is ludicrous and ridiculous for a person who just spent money on house closing costs and was able to obtain a $150,000 loan through the VA Home lending program to then have to pay an astronomical FEE to obtain city utilities. What are you playing at?? You need to re-coop monies lost because of renters?! Then make their deposits higher. When someone purchases a primary residence home that in-itself is the promise to the city that long term residence is being established.
You need to rethink your policies.
