Hi my name is Katrina I received my FPL bill today and noticed it was about $10 more than usual. I'm on disability so that is a lot for me I called FPL and they told me that the last four years that I live here they have been adding a $5 late fee to my bill . My bills are paid on the 3rd every month. if they knew they was going to charge me a late fee every month for the past four years they should have changed my billing date or let me know this is really ridiculous and they wont do anything about it I'm on a very fixed income and I want something done about this please the $5 they have been adding to my bill for the past 4 years I could be paying another light bill with I'm very good about paying my bills I never miss a bill and I'm never late on paying on the 3rd I'm asking that you please look into this and try to fix it as I live by myself and pay all my own bills and I'm on a very fixed income thank you very very much ......
