James Robo – I accidentally paid my account online. I did not mean to pay because I don?t

Katherine Diaz sent a message to James Robo that said:

I accidentally paid my account online. I did not mean to pay because I don’t get paid until next week. My bank account went into overdraft. The website does not allow to cancel payment. It simply paid, no review, nothing. Fpl does not allow to submit email complaints to the company, neither can i get a live person on the phone. It’s a dead end nerve racking dilemma. This issue needs to be rectified.
