James Robo – I am writing to you because I not receiving any satisfaction from your claims department

jUNE SCHILD sent a message to James Robo that said:

I am writing to you because I not receiving any satisfaction from your claims department. I need your assistance and help. I live in West Boynton Beach and we are constantly get electric spikes and power surges. We have been keep records of all the power outages, and power surges. We have FPL surge protector on the electrical box, surge protector on our electrical panel and surge protectors on our home theater and stereo equipment. In the last year and half our monster surge protector blew on our stereo equipment. This year and last year due to all the spikes and surges caused our digital surround sound processor to blow for the third time along with our sub-woofer. We had to pay for a new processor and because the blown processor was not working, we did not realize the sub-woofer blew because it was connected to the processor. We put in a claim for these pieces of equipment and not receiving any satisfaction from anyone in the claims department. The week of August 6th, 2018, our pool pump blew, a relay on our refrigerator blew. Including our brand new replacement processor worth $4900. The last power surge we had was in the afternoon of July 27th, 2018. All these electrical interruptions are causing and creating havoc on all our home theater and stereo equipment and appliances. It would be greatly appreciated if you or someone in the executive staff please look in to matter.
