James Robo – I find it ridiculous that in 2019 I cannot simply provide feedback to FPL customer

I find it ridiculous that in 2019 I cannot simply provide feedback to FPL customer service directly. Further, the so-called online payment options are primitive and not user friendly. As evidenced by an approach to autopay that disqualifies an account without recourse to correct, a debit card service that does not allow use of the debit card more than three times in a month to make payments online, and service fees which I'm sure total more than simply requiring new bank information for automated payments. fix it James.
