I have an issue with a program you sponsor. I paid to Heat/AC coverage. My AC stopped working and I called HomeServ. I explained that I had asthma and needed the AC working. They said they had no one that was available and someone would call within 24 hours. Totally unacceptable.
I called J&D and they had someone at my house in 35 minutes, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Unfortunately, they charged me $320. I have been working with Kalvina. Over 3 weeks and no program. I should receive a check for $320 as HomeServ failled to deliver on their program. Your held would be appreicate you help.
