Dear Mr. Joly,

My husband and I had the wonderful opportunity of conducting business with your general manger, Mr. Julio, of BestBuy in Hiram, Georgia. We have been good, loyal, and faithful BestBuy customers since 1996. We normally shop at your 2460 Cobb Parkway, Smyrna, Ga. location. However, our last purchases have been at the Hiram, Ga. location.
To get to the point, we had a very serious concern with a computer that we had purchased from the BestBuy store located Hiram, GA. We travelled to the store to get our Surface Pro repaired. We encountered difficulty with one of the general customer service representatives at the store. After much discussion, we finally requested help from the manager. Without going into the long and specific details of the problems, Mr. Julio Londono was very kind and patient in helping to resolve the issue. It is not often that we take the time out to lodge a formal “COMPLIMENT” but we just had to with Mr. Londono.
Mr. Julio is an excellent public relations officer. After we voiced our concerns with the product, he was quick to offer assistance regarding the matter. He was kind, patient, efficient, fair and an excellent listener. He treated us with respect and kindness. This type of customer service is very much welcomed and we certainly dont take it for granted.
The purpose of this letter is to let you know that we appreciate BestBuy employees like Mr. Julio and that he should be recognized not only as an outstanding employee but an outstanding human being as well. Again, thank you for hiring people like Mr. Julio Londono.
