Dear Mr. Dailey,
I just wanted to drop you an important email about one or two of your employees. Customer service is very important in our world and I think these two need refresher training! I will never do business with farmers insurance and will shout to the Army world that Farmers Insurance is horrible! When you attack a daughter verbally and make them cry, I think you have gone over the line with your adjustment job!! As a father, no matter how old my daughter happens to be, which is 20 years old, she is still a kid to me and I will protect her with all my might! Mr. Henson and Mr. Deason need reprimanding ASAP! I appreciate you allowing me to vent my frustrations and will remain hopeful that you take action on this email.
