I bought homeowners insurance from Farmers to protect my family and my self. We have a leak under our sink, we have had a plumber come out twice. But there is still water leaking, it has damaged the sink cabinet and walls where mold has seriously set in. Also, it shifted the linoleum and now it tears easily. I filed a claim. Someone by the name of Justin came out and he saw the damage. Now he has denied my claim saying it is "wear and tear". He has lied to me and to Farmers. We don't know where the leak is from but Justin has made a decision against us based on solely his own theories. Now that I need Farmers, Justin is blocking everything against us. He wants to send out a professional to take a look at the situation we have. That would mean a claim on my insurance and if Farmers fails me I will have trouble looking for an Insurance company that will cover us as customers. This situation has greatly saddened me. All I want is for the water damage to be repaired. Our home may not be livable due to the mold at this time. My agent is Mark Murphy, I called him and he also said it does not sound like wear and tear. I ask respectfully to please get Justin out of our way so that we can proceed with this.
