I filed a claim with Foremost Insurance. The adjuster cut me 2 checks total 9200.00. I have requested the adjuster a month ago to asked Chase to return to Foremost/Citibank. The adjuster refused to help me. I have contact Chase Bank and they will not return funds unless the Foremost request them back. I have file complaints with OCC, FDIC and Federal Trade Commission. I can't get anyone support. This is third party check and I used a staffing company to pay my contact. AT this time, I have $9200 held by chase since April 23 and they wont return it. I really need your support.
