I need your assistance desperately. I transferred ownership of a home in April of 2012 and in error Farmers was remiss in removing my name from the policy. The current homeowner put in a claim in 12/2017 for $500 which I had nothing to do with and now the agencies for insurance companies that go out to for approval of new insurance for me say they will not give it to me because the 2017 claim is on my records. I have gone round and round with many departments at Farmers to be passed around to the next with no success. I have even provided a copy of the transfer deed of this home. I'm exasperated and don't know how to get this fixed. Because of this on my record and that no one in Farmers can assist I can't get decent insurance for my own home. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!
