Good evening Mr Thomas, we've had service with Windstream for over a year,it has been good up till 12 days ago,of the last 12 days we have been out of service for the last 9 days and have been unable to get anyone out to check it, my wife works from home, but can't without service, can you please help and get someone out to check on our service and see why it's not working.
