Ever since Brinks took over Monitronics I have been having nothing but issues with Brinks' billing department. Every month I am on the phone with them trying to get the monitoring charges straightened out. It's been 10 months now and I have had enough. I've written letters with my check payments to show where they are making their mistakes and they just throw them away. The reason I know this is because every month I call and refer to my letters and every month customer service has no record. I ask to speak to a higher authority to make corrections but I am told customer service makes the decision but cannot correct the mistakes. They have charged my credit card without my authority and also state they never received payment even though the checks I have mailed have cleared my bank. Does anyone even care about the way the customers are treated?
