Hi, We have been a customer of Windstream for almost 4 years now and I must say this is the worst service I have ever had! Every few weeks we have phone issues or internet issues and I'm sick of it. I was told by a Windstream Tech that the box that supports are house is very old and their have been a lot of problems with it but Windstream doesn't want to put out the money to change it out! So Windstream doesn't want to fix the problem but you expect me to keep paying for shity service! This problem needs to be fixed and like soon. Thank you.
