John La Tempa Jr. sent a message to Jeffrey S Lorberbaum that said:
Mr. Lorberbaum when I first opened my account with your company it was called LJ Carpets. Your company was the only distributor that was in my store at the beginning. Had some personal matters at the time and we fell in default with our account. Today we are all clear of our past debt with your company. The question I have is we spoke with your sales rep his name is Mike Pittman to see if we can open an account with your company again by on a pay as you order account. Well Mr. Pittman refuses to do anything for us because he say's that we are trying to steal work from his other account located here in Vinton, Va. which name of the business at that time was Hometown Floors. This is so unprofessional of him and is not what we are doing. We have had a customers come into our store and ask if we carried mohawk products. All I'm asking for is the opportunity to open a pay as you order account so we can fill our customers needs. We have grown since the last time we have did business together and as of August 1, of this year just opened our 2nd store. So I hope to hear from you about opening an account for us.
Thank You for your time.
