I have made every attempt to resolve this issue before I file a complaint with the DOT. I have spoke with 3 different people at your customer service and someone on your chat line. The response from all 3 people at your customer service number was pretty much not Jet Blues problem. This is unexceptionable!!!! My husband booked us and another couple on a flight to Vegas on Feb 27th. We chose the 8 am flight as we wanted to see a show when we arrived that day. Last week we received an email stating that you decided to move us to a later flight.which doesn't get us in to Vegas in time for our show. The tickets were $170.00 each totaling up to $680.00 which is non refundable. So now you expect us to eat $680.00 worth of tickets along with the fact that you shortened our vacation by 1 full day. I expect a call from someone at corporate that is able to address this issue by the end of business on Wednesday January 22nd or I will be filling a complaint with the Dot on Thursday. You cannot just take money from people and expect it to be OK without any repercussions. I have never been so angry as I am with your airline. I can be reached at 716-430-3010.
