On Wednesday of last week my husband and I flew jet blue from palm beach Florida to Hartford ct. as we are elderly (85 and 78) it was easier for us to use one suitcase than two. The bag was 55 lbs. again only one bag for two people. We were charged $150 for the five lbs. using two bags we could have carried 100 lbs. I feel this is a severe charge and grossly unfair. Can you please make it more fair.
