Congratulations on your successful stewardship of 1800Flowers. I have used your company when I was in business years ago. Regretfully my last order (for my wife Mother's Day) never arrived. I tried to correct the situation by phone all day yesterday. I was promised a callback. I also tried your chat line for customer service. I waited till 8:00 PM your last delivery schedule. Sadly, no flowers or call. Hope it did not happen to anybody else.
