I ordered chocolates on 4/23/2020 for my mothers bday on 5/6/2020. I called on 5/4/2020(Confirmation#W00825255807454) to make sure with the Covid-19 that it was still going out for delivery. I was assured it was. I call my mother on her bday and she did not receive anything nor has she up to today 5/8/2020. I am very disappointed this has happened. I am on chat know trying to get my full refund. This is totally unexceptable. Someone should have contacted me letting me know this order could not take place.
