Hi James, I have reached out to your customer service 3 times to try to get my mom's Mother's Day flowers delivered...it is now Wednesday. Could you help me? It would serve you well to see your facebook page..it's not just me who has had a terrible experience with your company. It seems it would be a wise business choice to try to keep your customers as you can buy flowers anywhere...do you care? Because no one else at your company seems to. Perhaps you're too far removed to care but you could actually make a difference in the lives of people trying to send flowers.
