Lisa Baer-Ahmay sent a message to James McCann that said:
I ordered flowers for my 20 year old daughter who is currently serving in New Mexico in the Airforce. This was her first birthday away from her family. I wanted to give her a special gift to let her know that her family was thinking of her. My order was to be delivered on Aug 3. Got a call from 1800flowers to say that they had to substitute some flowers and that would delay the delivery. I begged the man to not let this day go by without my daughter getting her flowers. He assured me they would be delivered. Its is Aug 4 and still no flowers. A day that should have been fun and happy was ruined by your company. What good is it for the flowers to be delivered a day AFTER her birthday?? Your company failed miserably and I will never use your service again. I will also be sure to share my story and ensure that others know that your company is not reliable and unable to fulfill the one thing you advertise.
