I requested that ribbon to be included in the arrangement to state, "Our Beloved Brother-In-Law". I specifically asked the representative, who took the order, what color the ribbon would be. She informed me that the ribbon would be white. I did not ask for a card - I asked more than once for a ribbon to be included in the arrangement. If in fact the phone calls made to your company when purchasing arrangements are recorded, my call will confirm what I am describing here.
Mr. McCann, we were very disappointed because the flowers that we purchased were not at all what was delivered to the funeral home. They looked nothing like the arrangement that was pictured on your company's website. The flower arrangement was sparse, there was very little blue flowers in the arrangement, there was no blue ribbon tie on the front of the basket and no white ribbon that stated our beloved brother-in-law. I have a picture of what was delivered that was taken by my sister at the funeral home. I am sure that you and most people would be disappointed with the arrangement.
I do not live in in the area where the funeral was to be held, therefore, I phoned your company 5 times while in transit to the area after talking with the funeral home and my sister about the condition of the arrangement. I hung up on 3 of the calls after being on hold for over 5 minutes. I was on hold twice after speaking with representatives for over 20 minutes both times, waiting to speak with a supervisor who never took my call.
Mr. McCann, I have ordered arrangements in the past from your company that were delivered to family and friends for other occasions. However, I am reluctant to do so again. I trusted that your company had partnerships with reputable florist. I don't know if the past arrangements that I purchased from your company were representative of what was pictured.
I am an educated consumer and I am very particular as to where I spend my money.
