This order shipped on Tues (5/5/20) with a delivery date of Weds (5/6/20). It did not arrive Weds. I called customer service, you can check your files, on the evening of Thurs (5/7/20) to report the order had still not been delivered by FedEx Tracking #183088653865. The customer service rep assured me it would be delivered that evening between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. CDT, and if it wasn't, to call the next morning and a replacement would be sent. This was a promise from your representative which I intend for you to keep. I called the next morning and again spoke to a customer representative. She said a priority replacement order would be shipped this morning (Fri, 5/8) and should arrive by the end of the day. Again please check your records associated with my repeated calls from 980-322-6302. The customer service rep was supposed to forward tracking information for the replacement order. That was not done. Please forward the replacement order tracking information immediately. Or was that all just a LIE???
