I just received an email that a "delivery was just attempted". Not true, folks. The delivery is to Trump Tower in West Palm Beach, Fl with a plethora of doormen. I placed the order 48 hours ago.
Ladies and gentlemen, I just called the 800 number. Do you think that I think that someone in Bombay or Pakistan can help me at 9 p.m. regarding the non delivery of my Mom's flowers?
I know the answer...Of course not or you wouldn't have me calling a customer service rep that is not in the U.S and can instantly and reasonably help me. He asked me if I would like them delivered tomorrow.
Kindly refund. I can't believe that my Mom didn't get her flowers, but I've moved on.....Fool me once.
