Wanted to bring to your attention an issue with an order but ACTUALLY SO MUCH MORE. I'll be brief. 4/9 ordered flowers to be sent to the nurses at my sister's nursing home. Wanted to thank them for their courage during this pandemic, Was hoping for same day or next day delivery. However, the confirmation said delivery was 5/7. Have spent hours on email, calls and even an agent to correct or cancel order but no response. Sadly, my sister tested positive for Coronavirus 4/12 and passed away 4/15. May 7th was too late then and certainly too late now.
