Ernie Washington sent a message to Jimmy Liautaud that said:
Please let the president know that up to this point Americans have felt helpless in this Corona pandamonium pandemic. Quickly put in action with the Red Cross and the largest testing labs voluntary antibodies test in an effort to establish a registry of antibody donors. Americans have been held back but making them feel like they are going on the offensive like they are stalking the virus and will make them feel that they are in control of their lives again. This plan will ease the transition back into public life and give them a sense of control.
