John, I experienced a Mo, Curly, and Larry show with ADT phone and onsite service and after 3 hours and talking to at least six individuals, no resolution. I was actually screaming into the phone with my frustration. Quickly we did not know our service was canceled two years ago (we continued our payments however) and I tried to reinstate our service at our original rate and ADT could not handle ADTs screwup...again three hours with ADT not knowing "who is on first"
