I bought a new tractor and was to get $850.00 re-bait . The paper work was sent to you in January 15. I have called and called and get no help. I bought it at Roeders in Dubuque. One lady told me they mail out checks once a month. I been waiting since January. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you very much. Jim
