I'm writing in again because again Andrea DoD not help me resolve my issue. I did NOT receive the refund or gift card like promised over two weeks ago. I was suppose to receive a e gift card of 215 dollars as a full refund of my order which I had multiple issues with. I was also going to receive the coupon code I used on the order. I was also promised a 50 dollar gift card for all the problems I had with customer service and with the order.
The order came late and one of the items was NOT in the package. The other item was damaged and not in good condition. I took pictures and sent them in. I showed the slip and the item and box showing I did not receive the item and showing that the other item was damaged.
I then called in and spoke with customer service which I had multiple issues. I was spoke to very rudely. I was told the person did not care. I was told I wasn't getting anything and that I was ripped off. I was called stupid and told to shut up. I spoke with several different rude specialist.
I finally spoke with someone in the home office who offered me the full refund and the apology gift card. I was told I'd have no issues and I would have this processed and sent without an issue. Well I have had nothing but issues. I get my emails ignored, I keep being told this has been sent and that no one wants to help me. I been having these issues and I'm very disappointed and upset with how this is being handled and I'm frustrated that I can't get the resolution I was promised.
I have been shopping here for some time and at this point I'm ready to shop elsewhere. This experience is unacceptable and it should not be happening. Why was I promised that the refund, coupon code and the gift card would be sent? I was told the 215 dollar gift card would be sent to my email and this would be over but I'm having to many issues.
Now I received a call today by a gentleman named Greg. I'm sorry, I work a very busy schedule and I tried to return your call. I missed you and I'm writing in again because after I received the call Andrea wrote me and was rude and disrespectful. Where is the 215 dollar gift card that I was promised would sent? This is the most upsetting experience I've ever had and I don't know what to do at this point because no one seems to want to help me.
