Dear Ms Stewart:
I apologize in advance my computer shut down and the first unfinished email may have been sent. I am writing to tell you of a terrible experience in the IHOP
of Cutler Bay at 18860 S Dixie Highway.. There were too many disasters to detail in this short email. My husband is a disabled vet and going out is an event, we took our 3 grandkids out to celebrate report cards. They love IHOP and this was our first and last time at this location. In the 11/2 hour it took for 5 of us to receive eggs and pancakes our waitress answered all of our requests with "what ever". Half of our dinner arrived and the other 3 of us waited another20 minutes for our meal. She never came by, offered any hope or coffee refill. My oldest wanted more food so I ordered another plate of scrabbled eggs.. 15 minutes later again I flagged her over as politely as I could for my grandkids sake. She said"I sent them out already". The waiter who brought them out gave them to another table. Again "what ever "was the response. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he would not come over. I told her I would take it up with corporate and she replied" this was a franchise and corporate couldn\'t do anything. What do you think of our experience and cost to my family?
