Doug Van Slyke sent a message to Julia Stewart that said:
I have never so disgusted and embarrassed with a visit to your Rosenberg, Texas store on Reading Road as I was on Thanksgiving Eve this year.
It was my 4th visit to this location and each and every trip it escalated in to a worse scenario.
I could go and on but I have attempted 3 different times to relay my complaint thru the proper channels and have received absolutely no response.
Just thought you would want to know!!
