Julia Stewart – I recently visited a location of iHOP at 1300 S Kings Hwy Myrtle Beech SC

Mathew Merrell sent a message to Julia Stewart that said:

I recently visited a location of iHOP at 1300 S Kings Hwy Myrtle Beech SC. I contacted IHOP via 800 # and expressed my concerns. I received no response. I then used your corporate website on 12/15/2018; received a generic response stating I would receive response in 3 to 5 business days. I did not receive any response. I again made a written complaint on or around the 29th and again received no response. I contacted IHOP via 800 # today and received generic "mumbo jumbo" apology. I am very disappointed that I would not be taken seriously and ignored in this fashion despite being repetitively told I would receive contact in 3 to 5 business days. I work with the public as well and this is unacceptable in any business setting. I have read your resume of working your way up from a waitress. That is an inspiration to all - a true success story that could only be achieved in the USA. That is why I am in hope that you will address the many short comings that have been directed at me by not only the franchisee but more directly by IHOP dropping the ball and failing to follow up as the generic response has repetitively stated. All customers are important.
