To all parties above,

On or about the 18th of April, 2016, I listened very intently to the sales presentation from your company regarding the Hilton Grand Vacations. I was excited to say the least going to Myrtle Beach for a visit with golf, enjoyment, and relaxation. I told the sales person I did not know of a specific date yet, but I would let them know. I was excited! Just wanted you to know.

Approximately a week later and to this day forward, I have been inundated with countless phone calls from Hilton Grand Vacations with approximately five to six a week and this week we hit the jackpot. I have received NINE (9) CALLS all requesting the same-what date. I have told them each and every time I would call Hilton Grand Vacations when we knew of the exact date. Each and every time I repeat I will call you, please do not call me.

Another day passes and guess what? Another phone call asking for the date, and I repeat myself again. Now magnify this five to six times a week repeatedly.

I realize they have job, I realize further they need date or dates, I also realize I have been harassed to the end wits how I can repeatedly tell them one thing and numerous times either they are not listening, or do not care but this information is never either recorded, made notes from the customer, or whatever.

Have noticed on Facebook the same complaints as I have stated above.

Unfortunately, I understand this is a non refundable agreement, but I do believe with the numerous problems I have encountered you may wish to make an adjustment.. No one needs bad advertising, no one needs problems, but with problems are solutions. One bad makes 10,000, one good makes millions.

I spoke with Jo Chastain, Brian and Ro today. No relief in sight-Alka Selzer might help, Tums or a martini, not in that order might ease the pain.

I would like to offer a solution, please refund my purchase, for I have no reason to celebrate the occasion after all these phone calls and conversations. Would you not agree?

Respectfully,

Todd
