Dear Mr. Dillard II,
My name is Lynn Gibbons I live in Phenix City Alabama three minutes from Columbus Georgia. In the State of Georgia there is a shopping mall name Peach Tree mall, where one of your stores are located inside of the mall. I thank your store is a wonderful department store and I love shopping there. I was a card holder of Dillards credit card, which I enjoyed very much. Three years ago I fell into some financial hardship and place myself on a debt program, which I included several of my credit cards.
I am no longer on the debt program, because my financial situation has become much better. I am still paying on my Dillards card however, I cannot use my Dillard credit for any purchases. I contacted the Dillards card services and was told there is nothing they can do. I writing to you to ask is there any way I can get my card reinstated for use.
The financial hardship had stop me from shopping at the best store I have ever spend my money at, and now I am back on track and devastate that I cannot use my Dillards credit card. If there is any way you can help me with this situation I will be appreciated.
