Just a quick note, your concept is great agreeing your strategy fully however, confused, I buy a ticket with all the Priority boarding and seats, to be met by a bus! Please explain how this can be of any bennefit, I can live with seats needing more lower back support but please don't insult us with buses, this really then becomes a con trick and needs addressing, cannot see how 3 buses 4 other staff can be cheaper than a stand.
