Just a short note to inform you of the extreme difficulty I ran into using VOYA web site (telephone transactions). Apparently your system does not accept 14 digit passwords (PIN) and yet requires it for accounts?? Very frustrating when trying to conduct business with my private financial advisor in initiating transfer of funds.
