Ron sent a message to Steve Easterbrook- CEO of McDonald’s – email address that said:
Just to let you know the McDonald is going down hill.In my travels I stop at alot of your places and I will no longer be doing that. I stopped at a McDonalds today in Tunica Ms. and got the worst service and bad food that I just walked out l even though I paid for it. I was so upset with the help there that I could not even take my food even though they did not have my order right. You guys need to clean up your stores and put on a new imagine. Places like that make me never want to eat there ever again. Ron
