Mr. Faulk,
I would like to bring to your attention apparent issues with the Huggies rewards site.
I recently attempted and failed several time to create an account, as we were recently blessed with a newborn and will be purchasing many baby products in the coming months.
I was dismayed that after attempting from several devices (to ensure that it was not my computer causing the issue) I was still unable to create an account, and filed a support ticket with your customer service.
Six days later I was emailed a long and textbook canned response answer to how to create an account. All steps I had already attempted several times, made it to the last step every time and the "submit" button did absolutely nothing.
So, I attempted to create an account again, and was informed that my email address had already been used to create an account. So I reset the password, and was able to gain access.
Now that I am in my account, I have added a few rewards codes, and was curious to what I could redeem these rewards for... There are ZERO rewards to be able to redeem my points for...and when I click on the "all rewards" link at the bottom, I get redirected to the same page with no rewards found.
I am confused as to why your company offers a rewards program that is not redeemable for anything.
I am very disappointed to say the least, and this surely seems to be false advertising.
It really seems to be a shame because we have really enjoyed most of your products that we have tried so far, but this has given us cause to rethink our purchasing decisions.
Regards,
Kyle Tomlin
