I having trouble with yur customer services. It is absolutely disgusting to put it so mildly. 1st of all I phoned more than a month a ga complaining re Huggies gold nappies that are leaking my daughter does not wear longer than 2 â 3 hours. Her bedding and clothing was covered in urine. Even her crÃ¨che contacted me and was complaining re the nappies. I purchased 3 bag of these nappies (attached pics of barcodes) 2nd I purchased huggies dry comfort the nappies are rock hard. It feels like cardboard. (attached is pics of barcodes) I mean I donât buy 1 bag of nappies a month I buy in bulk like 6 bags of nappies at a time. 3rd like I said I phoned more than a month ago. The lady at customer service said she will send vouchers. It is now almost 2 months later NOTHING. When I phoned they said no I first have to send samples which I have longer than a week with me no one collected them. I email NO RESPONSE. I call they give me a load of nonsense on the phone. I write a review on helopeter NO REPSONSE. What is it gonna take to get a response from huggies. This is absolutely disgusting the service. I also see I am not the only customer complaining re bad customer service. Huggies really need to up there game to not lose customers. And this is not the way to treat customer either.
I really hope I will get some feedback re this. As this is about the 10th email I am sending and NO response from huggies.
