Dear Sir

I decided to take time writing this email as i thought it was high time the Local consumer voiced out unfair practices and rude customer service.
i am an Executive reading for my MBA in Sri Lanka and decided to grab a meal from KFC (Majestic City Branch) one evening just a week back.
after a few minutes i received my burger and was surprised to see the Chicken portion inside my Griller Burger was only half the Bun and just a thin Slice. im not a fussy person and i am very much aware that it isn't normal that advertisements can give buffed up images but didn't expect the deviation to be to this extent.
SO i thought that this was maybe my unlucky burger that got such a tiny portion and took a picture of it and ended up eating it any way since i spent 490 LKR on it.
then I politely walked up to and told this to the person in the counter and ordered a second Griller burger,
Not to my surprise was served a burger with a chicken piece that was much smaller than my first burger.
but this time i took it back to the counter and reported it and also videoed the whole discourse ( which i can forward to you if necessary) .
However i was told in a very harsh and unfriendly tone that that was what they served and that there was nothing they could do about it.

I've been a KFC fan all my life but after my experience i chose to stay away.
There were instance where the chicken they served were oozing blood from within which I've not complained until now.
hope i've done my duty in reporting this over to you and greatly look forward a change in KFC hopefully in the future.
