I ordered drive-through at the KFC/TB in Independence, MO. on January12, 2019. The food was NOT GOOD. The chicken was old, tasted funny and I threw most of it away. The coleslaw was still FROZEN.
The mash potatoes and gravy were passable, but not great. Then, later that night I got really sick to my stomach... from this food that I did eat. Terrible. I contacted the manager at the store and she said that I would need to call back. I called back seven (7) different times - and the last time this same manager HUNG UP ON ME. I never did get to talk with the store manager.
My ticket # for this was 1999; it was at 7:52pm on January 12, 2019 in the amount of $8.69 (Big Box).
This is NOT the first time I have had problems with KFC food over the past few years, although I will say it is usually good.
I am wanting a full refund from this visit and $25.00 for the way I have been ignored, treated and totally disrespected by this KFC store (Restaurant #G135012).
