At the end of August 2019, I switched email carriers. On September 6th I called Kohls to report the change in my email address. This can be verified through Verizon and Xfinity Comcast. I found out in December 2019 this was not done and Kohls had been sending my bill to the wrong email. Since I normally just check on my own I didn’t realize this error.

Now I have a ding on my credit report because Kohls did not change the email as directed to do. I you check my credit it is perfect! That is until now. I called Kohls and spoke with numerous unknown people. They filed the obligatory ticket. I received the response form Kohls on December 23, 12019 stating the integrity of the credit reporting system does not allow this to be changed.(attached) I guess my integrity is not important!

I am writing, as directed by ID #6796 (name not known), to ask this be changed since the error as on lack of action by Kohls not changing my email and not me. If you wish for xfinity to verify the change in email address I can have them contact you!
