Cant access my online account. no one has contact information for dept or entity that handles this. Yesterday was told, after being transferred three times, that the issue had been corrected and to wait one hour before trying to access online. I wait until the next day (today), Still locked out. Told by customer service rep they needed my email to forward somewhere and then it would be a 2 day wait before I could get access!! REALLY SAD TECHNICAL SERVICE. not at all happy with Kohl's --this is not the first time!
