I am contacted you because I wanted to express how I was treated at one of your stores. I made an order online, trying to order gifts for my husband for father's day. My order was separated , part of my order I picked up from curbside, I found out all of it wasn't there. they cancelled one of my items and were very rude about it, because part pf my order they claimed they did not see but I found out that it is being shipped back to that store!I spoke with the manager about their employees, and they were also very rude. The order that was suppose to be shipped to my house were separated some how, I have two items coming in and then the other by itself, I found out they never put the promotion and Kohl's cash toward my order! Now I have kohl's cash I really don't want to use. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST KOHL'S SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!! i TRIED TO WRITE A REVIEW BUT THEY DID NOT WANT TO POST MY REVIEW.
