I am questioning Kohl's Decision to stop supporting your Lemont, IL store with merchandise? At first I noticed this with the women's accessories dept. Each time I go to the store I notice more depts being under merchandised. If your planning to close the location, than do it. The moral in the store is being felt by the customer.
I don't believe I will travel to other Kohl's. In the neighboring suburbs, if and when this trend continues.
Sad to walk and shop this location. Didn't expect this out of Kohl's. Your bottom line is blinding you to your customer service commitment.
