I had awful communication after trying to make a purchase on line. The site said my card was invalid which it isn\'t. When I called, was told the credit card site is down. By the time I was told this & entered a different card, the item was no longer available at my local store. Since I need the item for Hannukah & the would send it Express but charge me. Terrible customer service since it was your fault that I couldn\'t get it at the store.
