I was charged a late fee of twenty-five dollars (25.00) due to me not knowing that if my over the phone automated payment was not made before 7 p.m., my payment would be deemed late! Really, 7 p.m. I have always thought that as long as my payment was received before 12:01 p.m., it was on time! Needless to say the 7 p.m. deadline is not notec on the statement; therefore, I respectfully ask that the late fee be forgiven. Your consideration of this request is greatly appreciated.
