I've been having issues with the Benevity Causes Portal as far as getting our charitable organization registered. I have communicated the problem Chelsey Cole with Benevity Causes. she has not been able to either understand my issues or there is noting she can do to resolve them. Our organization has 501c3 status but there are many chapters throughout the U.S that use the same FEIN because we are a part of a main founding organization. Can someone please contact me so I can explain the issue we are experiencing? We were registered in the past with Kohls for Volunteer services however we cannot register through the new portal. Thank you for any assistance you can provide. Our Kohls location i Charleston WV used to do 40 to 50 volunteer events per year. They have not done 1 this year because organizations cannot register.
