Kohls double charged my bank account for payment and when bank requested reversal a return check charge was applied that resulted in late charges etc. These have been reversed to a zero balance but credit report shows delinquency and impacting mortgage set to close next week negatively. Need immediate assistance showing no late payments; cannot wait for credit report to be corrected.
